As a major influencing factor of the grain drying process, the temperature directly affects the drying efficiency and the paddy quality after drying.
Some customers set hot air temperature as much high as possible, this is definitely not good.
If the temperature is too high, the paddy quality after dried will be greatly affected as there is too much-broken rice after milling.
If the temperature is too low, the grain is still with certain moisture so that it cannot be stored for a long time.
In China, generally, we suggest controlling the paddy temperature under 70degree when drying.
However, if the paddy is used as a seed, its temperature should be lower than 40degree when drying, which will not affect its germination rate.
It's greatly important to control the paddy temperature in a certain range, to get paddy of good quality.
